Practically, the most important section. People working in this department are responsible for the contact with all those writing to our main email address.
The tasks include:
- The preparation of the Cultural Heritage Day during ‘Days in Dioceses’;
- The organization of a few alternative trips for groups who will arrive earlier;
- Contact with local governments (within districts, cities, municipalities, etc.) with reference to the access to local attractions, cultural events, etc.
- Planning the program of the ‘Days in the Diocese of Gliwice’;
- Finances: sponsoring, acquiring and managing financial resources;
- Financial support of the Days in the Diocese of Gliwice.
